Abstract:
We construct a green efficiency evaluation index for the green supply chain of the power grid from six dimensions: strategy and goals, green procurement, green logistics, green construction, green recycling, and green chain carbon management. Moreover, the uncertainty of index data is considered, represented by interval numbers. Firstly, the subjective and objective weights of the evaluation indexes are weighted by the interval analytic hierarchy process and the interval entropy weight method. Secondly, the main and objective weights are adjusted by the method of game combination weighting, and the weights of indexs are obtained. Then, the green efficiency of the power grid green supply chain is evaluated comprehensively by expectation. Finally, the comprehensive connection expectation is calculated and the green efficiency level of the power grid green supply chain is determined by using the maximum membership principle. Thus, an evaluation system of green efficiency is established based on the game theory of combination empowerment and connection expectation.
