Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to establish a comprehensive nursing evaluation index system to meet the multi-criteria decision-making challenges in the evaluation of nursing emergency measures. Based on the nursing framework and integrating the four elements of human, environment, health, and nursing, an evaluation system was constructed from four aspects: patient satisfaction, hospital service status, patient and family satisfaction, and nursing service quality. Through quantitative analysis of the fuzzy multi-criteria decision-making and analytic hierarchy processes, the results show that this method is not only suitable for the evaluation and selection of nursing emergency measures but also can provide reference for other fields such as finance, information, military, and medicine.
