Abstract: INTERVIEWEE PROFILE: John J. Zogby is the Deputy Secretary for Safety Administration in the Pennsylvania Department of Transportations where his duties include direct supervision of the Bureaus of Motor Vehicles, Driver Licensing, and the Center for Highway Safety. In addition, he serves on several state and nationall safety borads, including the Governing Board of the Internation Registration Plan, The National Safety Council’s Traffic Dviision, is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, the Transportation Research Board’s Committee on Transportation and Safety Planning, and National Governor’s Association subcommittee on motor carrier regulation and taxation.
