Abstract: Bu çalışmada enflasyon ve bütçe açıkları arasındaki ilişkler iki ve çok değişkenli bir model kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Her iki modelin bulguları, bütçe açıkları ve enflasyon arasında iki yönlü bir nedenselliğin olduğunu ve Türkiye’de bütçe açıklarını azaltmadan, enflasyonun azaltılamıyacağını göstermektedir.
