Impact of Person Organization Fit on Interpersonal Mistreatment with Moderating affect of Affective Commitment

Abstract: The current study examines the impact of person organization fit on mistreatment with moderating affect of affective commitment among employee in Pakistan. This is a conceptual study that critically reviews relevant literature and proposes a theoretical model and propose hypothesis. The study noted significant associations among person organization fit with mistreatment and moderating affect of employee’s affective commitment with organization.
