Abstract:
Purpose: This note draws attention to newer dimensions in inequality in terms of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Knowledge creation. Methodology: Resorting to classic methodology of Gini index, inequality in ICT and knowledge is measured for selected Asian countries (SAC). Findings: Observation of plots of Gini indices,over time, shows interesting patterns regarding ICT and knowledge. Recommendations: Discussion and recommendations are made at the end.
