Abstract: In this article, we tend to show the effective role played by the sales forecasting methods to manage an extremely important function for the firm which is the supply chain management. Moreover, we point the way to use the data of forecasting in the mathematical modeling for the supply chain which is distinguished by the multi purposes objectives. This can be modeled by Lot-sizing models and resolved by multi criteria methods (Compromise programming). In addition, we will try to apply them on ATLAS Chimie specialized Algerian firm in producing oil.
