Abstract:
Green Human Resource Management has become a buzzword in management circles. The reason is that the whole world is moving toward green initiatives. This study explored the literature on Green Human Resource Management using bibliometric analysis. Identified research objectives are to identify the main topics and present dynamics in the arena of Green Human Resources; to make recommendations for future research direction. In total, 471 publications published between 2008 and 2022 related to Green Human Resource Management were identified in the SCOPUS database. The literature is analyzed quantitatively using Biblioshiny software and analyzed highly cited papers qualitatively. Accordingly, this study found that Green Human Resource Management should be further explored using different techniques, countries and methods.This study explores 14 years of literature and suggestions for further research implications.
