Abstract: An overview of a study of a corporate inventory of a telephone company. Most of the inventory was maintained at the regional level, whereas practically no inventory was stored at the district and local level. An analysis of possible improvements was given as it was clear that the system was developed when the company operated on a far smaller scale.
