Abstract:
A new management science professional is needed, with additional technical skills to complement the traditional quantitative set, and a more engineering oriented approach. Using the enhanced skill set, the new management scientist would be responsible for engineering highly informed decisions by building consensus among decision makers and expediting quality solutions in a systematic way.
