Information Systems in Management Science---Human Relations and Information Systems

Harry Stern

Interfaces, 1971, vol. 1, issue 2, 39-43

Abstract: Because I believe that the installation of a new computer program or new systems is not a meaningful event unless it causes a change, I was excited by an outline titled “Change Agent Skills” that appeared in the Reading Book for Laboratories in Human Relations Training , circulated by the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science (which is associated with the National Education Association). The outline was one of the papers originally prepared for theory sessions at the Institute's laboratories.
