Abstract: For the past 40 years in the United States and the past 20 in Europe, researchers and practitioners in the emerging field of creativity have recommended various interventions to facilitate creative thinking in the workplace. They share the premise that practice and encouragement of creative thinking in training courses can increase the creativity manifested by participants in the workplace.
