Abstract:
The intent of the “Practice abstracts” feature of Interfaces is to provide practitioners with a convenient way to document the gist of their projects, achievements, and experiences in the open literature without writing full-fledged papers. We hope that many practitioners will be able to base submissions on existing internal documents such as company or government agency reports and newsletters. We want to encourage the silent majority of OR/MS practitioners to exchange information and experiences with each other and with the rest of the OR/MS community, for the benefit of all of us.
