Abstract:
Second part of the essay on attempts to apply optimization methods in evaluating research and teaching contribution in a university department. It is shown how wrong assumptions in the mathematical model completely bias the stated goals and distort the participants behavior in the case their raises depend on the outcome of the proposed model.
