Abstract:
The current part of this series has been concerned with how best to integrate management science into the organization in order that it have maximum opportunity for achieving its goals. The prior article discussed the stages of introduction of the new activity and announced the management science program. This article discusses staffing the management science program. There are two considerations of importance in staffing: (1) Organization, (2) Skill mix.
