Abstract:
The major theme of this series of articles has been how to achieve successful implementation of management science studies. It has been my experience that the necessary ingredients for successful implementation are two: management involvement and participation in studies, and the education of decision-making management in the concepts of management science in order to facilitate involvement. In order to achieve this twofold objective, we must be concerned with the integration of management science into the organization in a manner which will provide it with the opportunity for achieving effective implementation.
