Abstract:
Part 1, which appeared in the November 1977 issue of Interfaces , was a series of anecdotes illustrating lessons for consultants. Part 2 is a series of generalizations based on the Author's Matrix of Important Experiences , a quick-and-dirty model for executive review of consultant activities. Part 2, like Part 1, contains no graphs or mathematical symbols.
