Abstract: The objective of this paper is to report a successful case study, where “success” means that the study resulted in a beneficial change of management attitude. This change of attitude has resulted in management's interest in and initiation of recommended follow up studies which can produce considerable savings. OR/MS principles were successfully applied in this study that are common to other studies reported in Interfaces .
