Abstract:
Le monde de l'assurance vit un moment de fort changement du � l'introduction des canaux num�riques; les assureurs sont � la recherche de nouveaux business mod�les pour g�rer la transition. La deuxi�me �dition de la conf�rence Assur-Marketing (IPAG Business School, 12 Juin 2014) organis�e par l'IPAG LAB de l'IPAG Business School et ActuariaCnam, a vu la participation de plus de 150 experts et professionnels du monde de l'assurance pour discuter des th�mes cl� du marketing de l'assurance. Cette premi�re lettre introduit la conf�rence AssurMarketing2014 et pr�sente les interven-tions qui ont �t� faites sur le th�me du multicanal en assurance.
