Abstract: El presente ensayo pretende resumir las principales trayectorias de evolución de las distintas escuelas de pensamiento económico para el futuro inmediato y sus implicaciones para la formación del economista. La visión es necesariamente hipotética y preliminar./ The present paper aims at offering a coherent view of the development path of contemporary schools of economic thought and its implications for the teaching of economics in the near term. Its vision is necessarily hypothetical and preliminary.
