A CONCEPTUAL RESEARCH ON MOBBING AND ITS EFFECTS ON ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT

Abstract:
This study aims to investigate the relation between mobbing and organizational commitment through conceptual analysis. The main question aimed to be answered by the investigation is what the effects of mobbing on the victims of its in terms of organizational commitment are and how the effects will affect the organizations. For the purpose of answering this question, the theoretical background of mobbing and organizational commitment in international literature has been discussed.
