IMPACTS OF DIRECT PAYMENTS ON INDICATORS OF AGRICULTURAL LAND MARKET IN HUNGARY

Abstract: This paper presents the results of modelling the impacts of increasing direct payments (SAPS) on market value and rental fees of arable land in case of Hungary. The authors found that 6-7 eurocents per additional euro of direct payments is capitalised in arable land rents.
