Abstract: Published in English, as the author himself states in the “Introduction”, the volume addresses mainly the academic field – undergraduate students, MA students, PhD candidates, professors, and nevertheless, all who are interested in the study of International Relations (politicians, mass-media and administration representatives). Considering these circumstances, the printing of this scholarly work is all the more praised as the scientific research in our country has evolved in most of the sub-fields of International Relations, while starting to harmonize with the main European trends.
