Research on Existing Financial Predicament Problems of China's Small-Medium Business Enterprises and Its Countermeasures

Abstract: Currently, SMEs' financing difficulties have become a major problem threatening the Chinese economy, especially for the Small-Medium business enterprises (SMBEs).This article laid out current situation of SMBEs' Financial Predicament and analysis the factors influencing the SMBEs' financial Predicament. At the end of this article, the authors summarized the countermeasures to the SMBEs' financial Predicament according the actual situation of China.
