The Effect of Alignment Strategy on Organizational Performance in Jordanian Banks Registered in Amman Stock Exchange up to 2012

Abstract: Strategic alignment is widely believed to improve company¡¯s performance. This study examines the impact of strategic alignment on perceived maturity alignment model. Empirical data from 15 banks in Jordan are analyzed. Results indicate a significant effect between the strategic alignment and organizational performance.
