The Research on the Operating Efficiency Difference among Technology Business Incubators of Southwest China

Abstract: This paper uses DEA and cluster analysis method to make research on operating efficiency difference among 28 national business incubators of Southwest China with the data of 2010 to 2012 years. The results show that the operating efficiency of business incubators in Southwest presents the downtrend in dynamic fluctuation. The integral operating efficiency is relatively low and the efficiency difference is significant. Ineffective business incubators hold a relatively large proportion. The main factor is unreasonable resource allocation and low scale level.
