However, its adoption also poses several challenges, such as data privacy concerns, regulatory compliance, and the need for skilled personnel to operate and maintain these systems. This article explores the opportunities and challenges of leveraging blockchain technology to enhance legal compliance and financial monitoring. It also examines its key features and potential applications in financial monitoring. With the increasing adoption of this technology, the financial monitoring landscape is set to transform in the coming years, paving the way for a more efficient and effective way to combat and prevent money laundering and corruption.
