Abstract: Globalisation has intensified competition among businesses with the case, prune the entries were encouraged to use efficient. Competitive racing in equal possibilities of businesses operating in the same market, forecast forward now to those who use resources effectively and efficiently has increased the importance of efficiency. Foundry industry is associated directly or indirectly with many sectors. While the supply of products from certain sectors, has been supplying products to certain sectors. The domain covers many sectors. There is an important place in the country's industry and economy. Data envelopment analysis is a method used to measure the effectiveness of the businesses in similar activity. These enterprises are actively evaluating business activity by ranking highest in the ranking, the less efficient the company provides solutions in terms of opportunity can become active. The purpose of this study; Processing operations in the foundry industry in Konya data envelopment analysis to evaluate the efficacy and method. operating in the foundry industry was asked for data from thirty business and have answered fully twenty-three business questions, the data obtained frontier analysis program with the analysis carried out, have been identified active businesses, some suggestions were made in order to become inactive businesses effectively.
