THE IMPACT OF STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCES PRACTICES ON FINANCIAL AND GROWTH PERFORMANCE OF THE BUSINESS IN TERMS OF MANAGEMENT LEVEL

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of strategic human resources practices on the financial and growth performance of the business. The study was carried out on participants in managerial positions inbusinesses operating in the Marmara Region. In addition, an attempt to collect data was made by delivering questionnaires to the management positions of the businesses in different regions to form a more valid sampling population from the whole of Turkey. The data which were provided by 304 questionnaires obtained as a result of various stages were analyzed by SPSS program. In the analysis, it is seen that the strategic human resources practices affect the financial and growth performance of the business. The results of the research support the literature. The findings of the research were interpreted and the suggestions for managerial practices were presented in detail.
