Abstract:
The state and the conceptual issues related to it, such as authority, legality and legitimacy are considered bold problematical issues, which raised many opinions and vision of the Arabic philosophers with regard to the state issues, subjects, and debates and discussed cases, based on ideological and philosophical visions, in which most of the philosophers try to configure the main problem and its related issues that start to develop and existed recently in the contemporary Arabic thought. This research is an attempt to shed the light over this problematic issue, through discussing this issue by expressing the contemporary problematic issues regarding the past and the present the government and authority and validation issue, and the state between the weakness of its legality and the absence of its legitimacy. The research concluded that the state must be based on foundations that seek to consolidate the essence of democracy and the legitimacy of a national state and the legitimacy of its political power, and not to settle for justifying and legitimizing the existing systems that suffer from intellectual weakness related to actual status of the modern Arab state.
