Abstract: This research aimed to study the concept of knowledge, knowledge management and its role on organizational crisis management through conducting a comprehensive review of theories, literature, and empirical studies. Furthermore, the researchers reviewed the prevailing theories of knowledge management and its relationship with organizational crisis management.
