Abstract: This study deals with the talk about the statement of gifted virtue and lost credit, and it has been found to the researcher that gifted virtue is a gift from God Almighty who gives it to whom He wills from His servants for extreme wisdom that shortens our understanding of its awareness. As for the acquired credit, it is related to what a Muslim earns with his piety and performing good works. And the study noted that this credit is increased by increasing piety and multiplying good and righteous deeds. The study also showed that the Arabs met in them the virtues: the gifted and the lost. It also showed that the Companions, may God be pleased with them, represented these two virtues This study did not lose sight of the comparison between angels and humans regarding the preference of God Almighty.
