Abstract: This study has examined the consequential damage and its similarities; discussing the nature of the consequential damage. In reality, the consequential damage is a direct one as for the individual aggrieved party. In order to compensate the consequential damage, there must be a number of conditions that were explained, as well as explaining its materialistic and ethical aspects, then a comparison was made between the consequential damage and both unknown neighbor damages and death damage.
