Abstract: The study dealt with the institutions concerned with the legal standards of joint-stock companies, the concept of the Shariah standards for joint-stock companies, and a comparative study of the quantitative and qualitative standards for the classification of joint-stock companies. For those who say that it is permissible to contribute, the research came in an introduction in two topics and a conclusion.
