Computational Economics, 1997, vol. 10, issue 4, 353-57
Abstract:
This paper introduces CodEc, an Internet repository for computer programs written by, and for, economists and econometricians. CodEc provides a means to aid communication among researchers by using the Internet to share implementations of algorithms. After a description of the current content of CodEc, we discuss the use of CodEc to store and retrieve code from published articles. Citation Copyright 1997 by Kluwer Academic Publishers.
