Abstract: Abstract Based on Entropy TOPSIS, coupling coordination model, rank-size rule, spatial autocorrelation analysis, we studied spatial and temporal pattern of coupling coordination between economic high-quality development and ecological innovation in China's inter-provinces. The results show that: (1) From time dimension, the overall level of economic high-quality development and ecological innovation in China's provinces is not high, and the degree of coupling and coordination in most provinces is in an unbalanced stage, And the economic development speed is higher than the speed of ecological development of innovation; (2) From spatial dimension, the degree of coupling coordination between provinces presents significant spatial disequilibrium characteristics. There is a spatial clustering feature between similar values, and the spatial distribution autocorrelation and heterogeneity coexist.
