Abstract:
Abstract The author describes the mismatch between the twentieth-century consumer law and twenty-first-century market developments, qualified by globalization and digitalization. She calls for a digital planet proof consumer policy, which needs to focus on strong enforcement of consumer rights, among other things via international and cross-sector networks of enforcement agencies.
