Abstract:
Recently, in some papers in the field of operations research the performance analysis of decision making units, in the presence of time factor, has been dealt with by an analytical framework of DEA: dynamic DEA. This paper provides a new approach, utilizing the envelopment models, for estimating returns to scale in dynamic DEA, leading to an algorithm with computational advantages.
