Abstract: Abstract What factors have played a role in Iran's struggle against this epidemic? This article is the second part of research that has been conducted to analyze the factors affecting Iran's battle against this epidemic. The study has been done in two stages, qualitatively and quantitatively. The four final factors (five factors presented in the first part) will be analyzed as follows: "Iranian-Islamic culture of citizens," "comprehensive media support for the fight against COVID-19", "Iran's information technology capacities," "unique features of Iran's economic system. The implications of these factors for crisis governance and public administration for other countries can be instructive.
