Dicke and J. Steven Ott; Resilience and the Management of Nonprofit Organizations: A New Paradigm, by Dennis R. Young and Elizabeth A. M. Searing; and Organizing Logics, Nonprofit Management and Change: Rethinking Power, Persuasion and Authority, by Tracey M. Coule and Carole Bain.
