Abstract: Abstract This research seeks to identify the dimensions of national culture that affect talent management in Iran, and two methods of theme analysis and CoCoSo were used for data analysis. The findings show that 12 dimensions of national culture in Iran have a great impact on talent management that the dimensions of Tribalist/partisan/special-oriented, Passion for growth, Short-term Orientation, Adult Attitude and Non-Performance Orientation are in priority. The results show that every manager who works in Iranian organizations will face failure if he does not have sufficient knowledge of Iranian culture effective on talent management and does not consider all cultural aspects.
