Abstract: The pace of life in the XXI century, requires all main concept, aiming knowledge and thinking based on information, implemented inside an informational system, that includes the latest technical-scientific news,through the information system. The drafting decisions speed, can be a management proceess binder, taking into account the changes that take places in the business world, precisely through the information system.
