Abstract:
The Balanced Scorecard has become one of the most popular and successful instrument for managing the organizations’ performance. This article sets the place of the balanced scorecard within the performance measurement system within the organizatin and presents, as an example, a way of implementing this method and establishing a composite index of performance.
