Abstract:
One of the major problems facing modern society is discrimination, because the behavior of some of its members, as determined by stereotypes and prejudices, may take forms, sometimes aggressive against those who does not feel comfortable. Although current legislation protecting ethnic minorities at a high standard, racial and religious, disabled, immigrants and other vulnerable social categories, in practice things are different. We see differentiation between people is the most common form of discrimination. This means that although discrimination based on race or religion is illegal in most European statelelor, discrimination based on merit is not tolerated by a given legal systems, is presented as a form of differentiation between the performance of more people.
