Abstract: The negotiation is a science based on several other sciences such as: philosophy, mathematics, psychology and it represents the art of finalizing the businesses in an efficient manner. In general, the negotiation is approached from a procedural perspective but also from a personal style of negotiation. Therefore, most of the times, negotiators are tempted to win even if their partner is not satisfied. However, in the actual economic context, the negotiation should lead to long term results for both partners because, in this way, the necessary premises of the economic development will be created.
