Abstract: Economic decisions frequently depend on ideological foundations. However, there are many decisions which are independent of any doctrinaire or ideological orientation. The separation of decisional zones having an ideological component from those without such a component is very important, on account of the different substantiation mechanisms. This research presents the context where such an important problem is debated as well as some reference points in the economic history which have a major role in the evolution of the respective theme. There are also made necessary conceptual delimitations. There are practical and theoretical foundations of certain economic political measures beyond the ideological traditional border of the political parties which are presented and explained within the study.
