Abstract:
The paper proposes classification criteria for the members of the target group of citizen oriented applications. The citizen oriented informatics applications differ from the traditional applications through many aspects such as: receiver, number of users, availability, platform independence, operation costs, quality, localization, adaptability, required previous training, period between updates. In order to catch the users’ requirements the best it is necessary to split the users in groups on the basis of logical criteria such as: degree of training, level of Internet access, known and used language age. The criteria set is permanently improved to ensure the best reception of the citizens’ requirements.
