Abstract:
In the current economic context appears a lot of problems because the particularities of other cultures are not known. The subject of cultural differences is very important for all international corporation and also for the specialists in economy. The approched issue begins with analyzing how these cultural differences influence managers’ activity in the current international context for descovering new methods and techniques to avoid intercultural conflicts which may occur in a global economic environment.
