Abstract: The water is one of the most important regenerable resources of the future. Water cryses, pollution, global warming, increased compsumptions need specific reglementation to find the best way to prevent a major water cryses. The Water Framework Directive in E.U. as well as other conferences and specific reglementations on water use are the first steps to find the best way for the preservation of this important resource.
