Abstract:
The paper presents the process of acquiring knowledge. The evolution of the human society is presented from the resource exploitation and industrialization to the information society and the knowledge based society. On the basis of the knowledge society and the information one is the computing and communication technologies evolution. In knowledge-based society manifest many types trends of which the most important are manifested in the economic, technological and social fields. Social trends are favored by the massive development of communication technologies and lower costs for them. The economy is noted the concern for saving resources and increasing process efficiency. To meet the accelerated pace of development of society technologies must evolve. In the new society, knowledge is the most important resource. Through the implementation of knowledge into products and services these record very high quality increase with low cost.
